We are happy to present Grant funds to The Arc of Monroe contributing towards their DSP (Direct Support Professional) program. Their DSP in-Training Program presents an innovative workforce solution to the lack of professional caregivers. This involves a paid five-week course after which students are deployed to one of their day or residential sites. Arc of Monroe provides individualized support and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
