We were happy to present Grant funds to St. John’s Living in Rochester, NY. Our funds will assist with their Embracing Dementia Together project. This project aims to develop a physical, community-based on-site Dementia Resource Center that will provide caregivers with the skills, resources, education and respite critical for those caregivers.
