We were happy to present Grant funds to AdventHealth Foundation in Orlando, Florida. Our funds will be used to help fund their diagnostic sleep studies, CPAP machines and masks for high-risk sleep apnea heart patients.
AdventHealth’s Heart, Lung and Vascular Institute is leading this project and is uniquely positioned to improve the devastating outcomes of heart disease. In 2006 they established the Trina Hidalgo Heart Care Center to serve their most vulnerable and isolated residents. These are heart patients who are uninsured and many living at poverty levels. This Center is Central Florida’s only cardiac center that provides free evidence-based medical management, education, and support to reduce risks and improve health and quality of life.
