Another Grant fulfilled for a great cause! TEMPLE EMANU-EL of Long Beach, NY received a Grant to fund their “Personal Pouch Project”. The project goals are two-fold. First is to supply 100 homeless individuals/families with basics for personal hygiene and sanitizing. Secondly, the project involves Bar/Bat Mitzvah candidates who will be assembling the pouches. This second goal is aimed to allow these religious students to experience the spirit of giving through community service. A project with long lasting benefit!
