We were so happy to support LIFESPAN Rochester, NY with a Grant to help them continue their noble and needed programs designed for some very precious clients: our parents and loved ones.  Our Grant supports their Home-Safe-Home service which provides minor home modifications to help prevent falls.  Lifespan helps older adults and caregivers take on the challenges and opportunities of longer life. Lifespan offers over 30 services in Monroe County. Elder abuse prevention/education and assistance for caregivers of people with dementia are available in multiple Finger Lakes counties. Lifespan also manages the NYS Coalition on Elder Abuse and the NYS Caregiving and Respite Coalition. In 2018, Lifespan interacted with 39,000 older adults and caregivers.
