We were happy to present grant funds to SCO Family of Services, based in Garden City, NY. Our funds will be used to support the renovation of the transitional and vocational center, their Tyree Learning Center. This is a New York State certified special education school that was created to accommodate the needs of children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. These youngsters are in foster care and are residing at SCO’s Robert J. McMahon Children’s Center in Nassau County, NY.
