We are happy to announce grant funds being awarded to Friends of Lackota Animal Sanctuary, based out of Nunn, Colorado. Our funds will be used to help them with their mission of rescuing animals in several states, including Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming and Oklahoma.

We are happy to announce grant funds being awarded to Waggle, Inc., based out of Hadlyme, CT. Our funds will be used to help with their project to eradicate economic euthanasia in New York state. Since 2017, their mission has been to ensure that the lives of companion animals are not cut short due to a guardian being without funds for medical treatment.

We are happy to announce grant funds to St. Mary’s Hospital for Children, in Bayside, NY. Our funds will be used to help with obtaining specialized equipment and supplies to allow them to continue with essential medical devices, education and therapeutic systems to help children who are living with sensory processing, neurological conditions and developmental disabilities and more.

We were happy to present grant funds to Episcopal Church Home Foundation, based in Rochester, NY. Our funds will support their Neighborhood Program, which promotes health and wellness as an avenue to independence and good health. This program is geared to help reduce healthcare costs and allow older adults to remain active in their community.

We were happy to present grant funds to 13thirty Cancer Connect, in Rochester, NY. Our funds will support their program development for accredited educational curriculum for healthcare providers and multi-disciplinary practitioners in to provide specialized supportive care.

We were happy to present grant funds to Pluta Cancer Center Foundation, in Rochester, NY. Pluta Cancer Center became New York’s first independent not-for-profit cancer center in 2001. They dedicate themselves to making sure that no patient faces their cancer journey alone. They fund evidence-based integrative oncology services, in conjunction with traditional cancer treatments to optimize outcomes.

We are happy to announce grant funding for the Putnam County Caring Coalition in Palatka, Florida. This grant will directly support their Temporary Overnight Safe Space (TOSS) program, a vital initiative providing overnight shelter and essential services to the area’s unhoused population. Operating from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., TOSS offers a safe, welcoming environment, access to showers twice a week, and critical connections to local resources—serving as a lifeline for those in need.

We were happy to present grant funds to St. Charles Hospital, in Port Jefferson, NY. Our funds will be used for their “Give Vets a Smile” program.

We are happy to announce grant funding to Nationwide Children’s Hospital located in Columbus, Ohio. Our funds will contribute towards Butterfly Paws, their animal-assisted therapy program. These specially trained dogs work with patients to facilitate healing, recovery and rehabilitate from injuries and treatment and regain independence. The Butterfly Paws program is committed to strengthening the emotional well-being of our patients, families and staff by utilizing therapy dogs to provide comfort, companionship and relief during challenging times.
